Stack Plate Reamers are designed for extreme conditions such as hard rock, chunk rock, and cobble. They feature the thickest plates on the market (1 ½” steel) with interior welds to minimize wear. The stacked plates are tapered and rotated slightly to create spiraled flutes for efficient cutting action. Wear edges are reinforced with hardfacing for longer life.
